ELEPAP Chania in cooperation with the Region of Crete-Regional Unit of Chania, with the City of Chania and KEPPEDIH-CAM organized an important event at the “Mikis Theodorakis” theatre to mark the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on December 3.

A number of experiential short films on the subject of disability, created by students of local schools in the framework of the Chania Film Festival were shown.

An open discussion was also organized on the topic “I have the strength- I achieve my goals”. The main speakers were ELEPAP Chania graduates who have distinguished themselves in the fields of sport, art and culture.

An exhibition of mixed painting dedicated to ELEPAP’s Brave Kids was also opened and one painting was donated in support of our Chania Branch.
